@pzmyers @lilithsaintcrow Just wait, and be patient. Unless they're incredibly skillful, lucky, or charismatic their crimes will eventually prove their undoing.
Of course, if you have dirt on them and can expose it without endangering yourself, there's nothing wrong with giving justice a nudge - or a swift kick up the ass.
