Never, ever, even temporarily, give up copyright of your book. NEVER. Just don't do it.

You can license the rights out to publishers, but don't EVER let go of your copyright.

@lilithsaintcrow i'm so glad that signing off your copyright is impossible in germany :)
you can only sign off at max "unlimited free usage rights" .. but it is still yours and you can license it to others or use it for yourself at all times.

@Drezil There are so many countries better for artists than the US. So, so many.

It makes me wish I could afford to move.
