I’m keeping plenty of my lockdown behaviors. The past year and a half have done terrible things to my core belief that most humans are reasonable creatures.

And honestly? I might just mask up in public for the rest of my life. I don’t know if we had the plague last year, but I *do* know we had far fewer other, opportunistic illnesses.


I've been thinking about this as well.

Not only the lessened transmission of airborne microbes... but the facial recognition resistance... Almost too good to pass up.
